YDM Meditation with Yashoda Devi Ma

Surrounded by candlelight, clear and replenish with the Full Moon. This workshop will start with a discussion of the astrology of the moment followed by warm up exercises from Kundalini Yoga. Then practice a special meditation for the Full Moon in Aquarius. Rest and restore in an extended gong relaxation with the 36” Paiste Brilliant Symphonic Gong, 21” Gongland Infinity Gong, large crystal singing bowls and chimes. No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some meditation cushions available at studio. Free and paid parking available on surrounding streets. Registration Cost: $﻿45 / $38 Before July 28th Several subsidized tickets available for those unable to pay full price at $25 each

Pavanjeet is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher based in Boulder, Colorado. His yogic studies began at 16 and have taken him around the world. YDM Meditation Studio is on East Pearl in Downtown Boulder on the same block as Apocolypse, Boxcar and Mateo. Located at 1829 PEARL ST. direclty between Twig &amp; Foodlab this beautiful and sacred space is on the second floor.
