Midwest Bonsai Society is a private, non-profit, enthusiast group dedicated to spreading apprecitation and enjoyment of the art of Bonsai.  Meetings are held monthly from February to November at the Chicago Botanic Gardens in Glencoe.  The Society also organizes two shows at the Botanic Gardens each year, an educational show in May and a judged exhibition in August.  Both shows are attended by well stocked Bonsai vendors and professionals from across the U.S.A.

Andy Smith will work with any level Bonsai student in  designing collected  trees from South Dakota and Idaho..

<p>Material fee of between $75.00 and $400 to be paid at the time of the workshop depending on the tree selected. Please bring tools. Alum' wire will be provided. Bring your own copper wire.</p><p></p>
