Bonsai Dinner and Auction, Sat.., Aug 19, 5:30 pm

Midwest Bonsai Society is a private, non-profit, enthusiast group dedicated to spreading apprecitation and enjoyment of the art of Bonsai.  Meetings are held monthly from February to November at the Chicago Botanic Gardens in Glencoe.  The Society also organizes two shows at the Botanic Gardens each year, an educational show in May and a judged exhibition in August.  Both shows are attended by well stocked Bonsai vendors and professionals from across the U.S.A.

Midwest Bonsai Society

Drinks, complimentary wine. beer and soft drinks.  The dinner is catered and informal. Raffle and silent auction  to take place also.

Heller Nature Center

The dinner is informal and will indlude salads, chicken, Italian dishes and Pizza. An amazing silent auction will be held with items donated by vendors. The raffle will include the tree styled by Guest Judge Mark Fields earlier in the day.
