BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! The Woodlawn Cemetery &amp; Conservancy, in conjunction with the Celia Cruz Estate and Celia Cruz Legacy Project, will host the "Celia Cruz, the Queen of Salsa, Concert.”

This one-of-a-kind concert will take place outdoors on the beautiful cemetery grounds, rain or shine, and will feature the music of Celia Cruz and other Latin American Artists.

The Celia Cruz &amp; Pedro Knight mausoleum will be open for viewing from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and the Woodlawn Conservancy Trolley will escort passengers to and from the concert to the mausoleum.

The Woodlawn Cemetery is honored to have been selected as the final resting place for Celia Cruz and we are very excited to share this fabulous event with you. AZUCAR!

Important Information For The Day Of The Concert:

The concert will begin at 3:00 p.m. running to 5:00 p.m. 

Please dress weather appropriate as the concert will take place outdoors on the cemetery grounds, rain or shine. 

Bring your own lawn chair and/or blanket to sit upon. Chairs will not be provided.

Also, if you choose, please plan to bring a picnic-style meal, as there will be no food or beverages available for purchase on-site. 

Barbecuing will not be allowed. 

No alcoholic beverages will be permitted and all bags are subject to search.

We strongly encourage you to take public transportation to the concert. We are easily accessible via the #4 Lexington Ave. subway to the end of the line, Woodlawn Station, or by Metro North Railroad on the Harlem line to the Woodlawn Station. 

Please arrive early to avoid large crowds and long lines.
