Take a walk through the histories of protest, activism and defiance that have taken place in the city's George Square .

<p>Join us to learn about  some of the many events, actions and iconic moments that have ﻿taken place in George Square over the years. From housing protests, asylum dispersal  and the raising of the red flag, to utopian poets, rent strikers and tenacious campaigners, this tour explores the ways people have used this central city space to make their voices heard.</p><p>T﻿his tour has been designed with minimal walking. We will make our way around the inner circumference of George Square over the course of 1-1.5hrs. Benches will be available at some points but we cannot guarantee one will be available for every stop. </p>
