How can we work together to develop a community of practice in support of strong, lasting Montessori schools? Elizabeth Slade's book, Montessori in Action: Building Resilient Montessori Schools has provided educators and school administrators from all over a practical and implementable pathway towards constructing thriving, joyous, child centered classrooms. In this keynote address, Elizabeth, author and long-time public Montessorian shares the principles of One School, Honest Talk, and Strong Systems used to unite whole school communities in a common mission.
