Join Violet and Corinne, the hosts of the Practical Witches podcast for a three-month series of empowerment chats focused on being your best self and building a strong, supportive community. You can attend one session or the full series as each session is a standalone topic that connects back to the broader theme. Each session will have three parts:<ol><li>An intro and overview of academic research on the topic</li><li>Discussion and a group spell or meditation, and</li><li>A closing with practical tips on how to stay more grounded in our daily lives. </li></ol>The discussions are conversational and allow for ample time to connect with other like-minded folks that are on a journey to empower themselves through both introspection and building community.All sessions will be at <a href="https://www.clarityfitness.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Clarity Fitness</a>, a scale-free, diet-free, BMI-free, beating-yourself-up-free establishment online and in person, and Georgia&#x27;s FIRST body positive Class Studio. The Clarity team is flipping the script from the typical fitness industry approach and is centered around inclusion, empowerment, and positivity.Series schedule:<ul><li>8/29: Expanding your coven: building community + friendship in our modern age</li><li>9/26: Bringing your authentic self to work</li><li>10/17: Surrealism + intuition - infusing creativity in your daily life to reduce stress</li></ul>You can listen to the Practical Witches podcast on Spotify or Apple Podcasts. Follow Corinne, content creator, and Violet, empowerment coach as they embrace their inner spirituality and discuss their learnings on how we can empower ourselves and further enrich our daily lives.
