The Shops at Santa Anita is kicking off summer with an afternoon full of fun and giveaways! Enjoy music, kids&#x27; entertainment including bubble and balloon artists, scratcher giveaways and more! When: July 15, 4-7pmWhere: The Promenade, Outdoors on Level 2What: Kids&#x27; Entertainment including:Bubblemania Balloon ArtistLive MusicGlitter TattooFace Painting Strolling Hula Hoop DancerAnd More!*Scratcher cards will be distributed at the event. A list of participating retailers will be provided to all winners. Scratchers are only redeemable on Saturday, July 15, and Sunday, July 16.**Exclusive summer tote bags will be given to the first 100 guests who check it at the registration table.
