J﻿oin NewBo City Market for the First Annual Market by Moonlight. This four course, farm-to-table experience will feature menu items from a variety of Market Businesses, as well as meats and produce from local farmers. Add the optional drink pairing for the full experience! E﻿njoy the ambient music of the Cedar Rapids Community Orchestra under the lights in the heart of the New Bohemia District. Tickets and menu options are limited.A﻿ll tickets include a $50 tax-deductible donation to NewBo City Market. NewBo City Market is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization showcasing our homegrown assets, inspiration, and potential by cultivating new business and entrepreneurship and by supporting local artists and artisans. Your donations support our mission to advance economic development, neighborhood vitality, and community building.M﻿ENU OPTIONS:A﻿ll guests will be welcomed with an amuse-bouche created by NewBo City Market Executive Director, Julie Parisi (former owner of Zaza&#x27;s Pastas). W﻿hen seated, guests will find a Jamaican Table Salad with Mixed Greens, Almonds, Cranberries, And Mangos, prepared By Patrick Rashed, Caribbean Kitchen. MENU 1 (Vegan &amp; Gluten-Free): 1st Course: Cashew Soft Cheese with Roasted Zucchini &amp; Heirloom Cauliflower, Cherry Tomatoes, Crispy Honey Chickpeas, Chili Oil, Microgreens, And Gluten Free Sourdough Toast Points. Prepared By Allie Lanham, The Hangry Lady. 2nd Course: Spanish Paella with Lima Beans, Brown Rice, Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, And Artichoke Hearts, served with a House-Made Sofrito and Topped with Home-Grown Microgreens and a Creamy Vegan Saffron Aioli. Prepared By Tim Salis, The Full Bowl. 3rd Course: Orange Olive Oil Cake with Candied Orange and Vegan Whip. Prepared By Kellie Kesselring, Grandma’s Root Cellar. MENU 2: 1st Course: Wagyu Meatballs with A Ginger Honey Glaze Accompanied with Sautéed Mushrooms and a Delicate Tofu Puree. Prepared By Kwai Butler, Oja. 2nd Course: Roasted Rolled Pork Stuffed with Lemon, Fresh Herbs, Garlic, Golden Raisins, And Spinach, Served with Fire-Roasted Summer Vegetables. Prepared By Carol Elliot, Aroma Artisan Pizza 3rd Course: Baklava With Pistachios, Phyllo Dough Sheets, and Honey. Prepared By Eli Harika, Pita’z.
