Welcome to this special outdoor bilingual yoga series, a collaboration between Ivonne Miller and Elaine Pages. We are thrilled to invite you to join us for an incredible journey of movement, sound, and meditation.On Monday, July 24th, at 6 pm, Ivonne Miller will guide a 45-minute bilingual Hatha flow, seamlessly transitioning between English and Spanish to create a harmonious experience for all. Following that, Elaine Pages will lead a 30-45 minute Kirtan, where we will come together to chant and celebrate through the power of music.Mark your calendars for Monday, August 28th, at 6 pm, as Elaine takes the lead with a 45-minute bilingual class, providing a balanced practice that nourishes both body and mind. Ivonne will then conclude the class with a crystal sound bath meditation, allowing you to immerse yourself in the healing vibrations and find deep relaxation.And don't miss Monday, September 18th, when we'll bring you a full yoga class collaboration filled with surprises to make this series a memorable closing event. *To fully enjoy these sessions, please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and, most importantly, your beautiful voice to join us in uplifting chants and mantras.*We have chosen Harvard Gulch Park, we will meet in front of the golf course lake (between Emerson St &amp; the clubhouse). If you come from Iliff Ave or you park at the recreation center, walk to the left when you see the clubhouse. If you park on Emerson St, be on the lookout for the lake to the left once you enter the park (it's towards the center of the park).This is a pay-as-you-wish event, allowing you to contribute what feels right for you. We accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, and cash at the venue.
