Hello and Welcome!If you've been looking to give meditation a try or have a practice already...this community meditation class is for YOU! My name is Jamie Nicholas- Founder of <a href="https://www.mightymindfulbeings.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mighty Mindful Beings</a> and I'm a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor. Join me for this gentle beginner friendly meditation. We'll meet at the round rock bench located just near the North Shooks Run Park sign on the corner of N. Franklin St and Shooks Lane. Bring something comfy to sit on and a towel, blanket, or yoga mat. This class will start off with some light stretching, then a lovely guided meditation to relieve stress, worry, and tension within the body and mind and invite peace, clarity, and joy in! Don't ignore the signs to take care of your inner self. Come experience the many benefits of this practice. Can't wait to see you there!T﻿his class is weather permitting. If it is actively raining/snowing, class will be cancelled and tickets refunded.
