<h3><strong>A﻿BOUT MARTHA BOONE</strong></h3><p>Dr. Martha Boone is one of the first one hundred women board certified in urology. After 23 years of education, she practiced academic urology for five years and private practice for twenty four years.</p><p>Her first novel The Big Free fictionalizes her first six months at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Her current book, The Unfettered Urologist, is nonfiction and explains the pearls of wisdom she never had time to include in a short office visit. It will be available August 15,2023. Her third book, Mother Charity, will be released in March of 2024 and is the sequel to The Big Free. Dr. Boone retired to write full-time and travel with her husband.</p><h3><strong>A﻿BOUT THE UNFETTERED UROLOGIST</strong></h3><p>In The Unfettered Urologist the reader will learn and benefit from the opinions, intuition, common sense, and many years of experience of the author. They will learn what Dr. Boone always wanted to tell her patients but could never pack the information into the fifteen minute office visit. Many patients have left a doctor’s office feeling frustrated that there was not enough time for all of their questions. The feeling that the doctor was hurried during the visit and might have omitted helpful information for the sake of brevity is a common notion. Patients want to discuss alternative therapies outside of conventional medicine and need time to discuss the details of their internet search.</p><h3><strong>A﻿BOUT MARY ANN WALSER</strong></h3><p>A REALTOR® and licensed attorney, Mary Anne Walser has been a top producing REALTOR® in Atlanta for almost 20 years and the advocate you want in your corner. Mary Anne&#x27;s passion for real estate is evident in every interaction from the first meeting with a client to well beyond the close of the transaction. She represents her clients diligently, intelligently and with complete commitment. Mary Anne utilizes her years of experience as a lawyer to negotiate perfectly on her clients&#x27; behalf while keeping a sense of humor and perspective. A life member of the Atlanta Association of REALTORS® Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, Mary Anne was the top individual agent at her previous brokerage before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby&#x27;s International Realty in the fall of 2020.</p><p>Before dedicating her life to real estate, Mary Anne was a television news anchor for a decade and then an accomplished attorney. She still holds an active license to practice law in Georgia; although, she now sells real estate full time. Mary Anne has almost 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, helping clients all over the metro Atlanta area. She owns multiple investment properties herself and is adept at helping not only primary homeowners but also investors realize their goals and dreams through real estate.</p><p>Mary Anne graduated from the University of Texas and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia. She is married to James Haverty Smith, an architect and fifth-generation Atlanta native. Their passion for travel and adventure led them to live in Dubai for two years, where Mary Anne taught real estate theory and practice to other real estate agents from around the world. She is dedicated to many charitable, artistic and civic causes and is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the Atlanta Bar Association and Commercial Real Estate Women.</p>
