Buy tickets in advance here or walk in for $20 per person.C﻿atie Donia, a Cape May Point local, is an experienced yoga instructor who studied and developed her practice in India. L﻿ia Antonicello specializes in Iyengar Yoga, an alignment based practice. She is also a Transformational Breath Facilitator. She enjoys teaching fun and creative Vinyasa Flow classes that invigorate the mind, body and spirit. Lia is the owner of Cape May Yoga.
