Online Healing Circle - Family Constellations

Constellations is an exploration of someone's situation and an acknowledgment of what is. This work is for anyone who feels stuck in a repeating pattern, or who is seeking a deeper connection to self. Together, we look at what cannot be addressed using traditional methods of healing. This is a body-oriented work rather than an intellectual exercise. It asks you to come ready to be vulnerable and open. I come as a facilitator, but not as an authority. We create this circle together.

This circle is for you if you feel  stuck in a repeating pattern, if you seek a deeper connection to self, or want to heal trauma.

This circle's topic is our relationship with Mother. Our ability to receive, our relationship with partners, and our harmony with self are all affected by our relationship with our Mother. It's often difficult to feel the love flowing towards us when there's a disruption that occurred in early childhood. We will engage in constellation exercises and practices to reveal the disruptions and find the flow of love.Constellations is an exploration of someone's situation and an acknowledgment of what is. We create this circle together.How can you benefit from this work?-﻿ a deeper understanding around a particular issue,- seeing your family system from a different distance, which may result in some positive changes to your emotional state,-﻿ accepting love as it comes from our parents and ancestors even in the most difficult family circumstances,- improving how we react to triggering situations/people,- finding spiritual alignment.In this online Family Constellations gathering, we will loosely follow this flow:- Introductions and community agreements (confidentiality and compassion);- Somatic grounding;- Exercises;- Family Constellation for 1 or 2 clients, where you will have an opportunity to represent a member or a phenomenon in a client's family system. Often, you may receive deep learning about your own family system, as a result of such experience.- Sharing;- Closing meditation.If you are interested in becoming a focus client to have your own constellation, please contact Yulia at effortlessdc@gmail.com.
