Enjoy an hour of yoga at The Bay led by Jessica DiLorenzo-McHugh!

Sarasota Garden Club at The Bay Park

Jessie offers yoga with a bright open heart and playful spirit. Her mission is to empower students of all ages, drawing out the unique gifts and luminosity that already exist within each of us. Her journey as a yoga teacher began over a decade ago in a lineage rooted in therapeutic, alignment based, heart anchored guidance. She has gone on to specialize in prenatal, empowering flow, and kids yoga. A lifelong student, Jessie surpassed 500+ hours of study this summer with Darren Rhodes and the Yoga Hour Team.  As a new mama, she is so honored to share this mind, heart, embodiment practice with the Sarasota Bay community and beyond. <ul><li>Classes will be limited to 65 people, with registration closing 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Please register to ensure a spot.</li></ul><ul><li>Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the class to check in with a Bay team member.</li></ul><ul><li>Walk-ins (non-registered guests) will be permitted to enter prior to start based on space availability, or are welcome to use the outdoor garden terrace.</li></ul>Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility.
