<h2>1:00PM - 3:00PM : Trauma-Release Breathwork</h2>Stress is a physiological experience. To regain inner peace and resiliency after extended periods of stress or a painful event, the body may require a physical release to reset. T﻿his yoga set combines vagal-toning breath-work exercises with intricate mudras to release trauma stored in the body and mind.This practice is not about discussing or reliving traumatic events. The practice invites the body to release whatever stored trauma is ready to shift without pushing or forcing. It restores the nervous system in order to digest what has previously been unprocessed. Everyone experiences stress. Lighten your load by processing the past so you can live more fully in the present. If you experience symptoms of PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, or other severe Anxiety Disorders, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending. N﻿o experience with yoga or breath-work required.

<h2>3:30PM - 5:00PM : Triple Gong Bath </h2>Rest, restore and recharge with the vibrations of three gongs in the divine alignment of the Starhouse. The 50” symphonic gong, 36” brilliant gong and 22” infinity gong will be centered in the dodecagon of Starhouse. The journey will start with a gentle stretching and Kundalini Meditation followed by extended deep relaxation as you unwind in the vibrations of the gongs. No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended for anyone pregnant or children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during a gong bath. Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some yoga mats, blankets and cushions available at Starhouse. The StarHouse was constructed by a small group of people dedicated to the principles of Sacred Geometry, StarWisdom, Sacred Union, Mythical Theatre and Community Ceremony. This beautiful, land-based temple was built between 1989-90. Since then it's served as a sacred meeting place for humanity and the Divine as a living temple offering itself to the world in the spirit of Trans-denominational spirituality and the unity of all faiths and traditions.

Pavanjeet is a Kundalini Yoga, Breath-work and Meditation teacher, sound healer and Western astrologer based in Boulder, Colorado. His teaching style balances the profound with light-hearted play. He offers practical tools for the journey of self-discovery. Pavanjeet’s studies of yoga and astrology started as a teen and have taken him around the world. Living in ashrams in India and spending weeks in silent meditation, he has experience in many lineages. He is a Kundalini Research Institute Level I &amp; II Certified Kundalini Teacher and has taught and supported in many Kundalini Teacher Trainings. He is a student of Sat Nam Rasayan and Kundalini Yoga Therapy with special training in overcoming anxiety &amp; depression, trauma-informed yoga, and reducing inflammation, pain &amp; sleeplessness. He’s studied energy and bodywork with certifications in Kundalini Bodywork and Core Synchronism. He holds advanced gong training.
