What to bring:- Sleeping bag, Yoga Mat, Blankets, pillows, eye masks, and whatever cozies and layers you want to feel comfortable laying in the grass for the duration of the sound bath- Water Bottle... stay hydrated.- Open Mind/heart and willingness to allow the sound to take you and flow through you- Your friends!
