Join Sara and Renee for a Tuesday evening Sound Bath helping you to relax, reset and realign before the week to come. You will be guided in a gentle meditation to help you settle in as various instruments will then be played as you rest, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body helping to shift energy deep within.We will be hosting this offering under the big tree on the right of the park as you are walking from the parking lot.Bring items to create a comfortable space - yoga mat, blankets, pillows, beach chairs etc.Donation based event - suggested energetic exchange $20-$30We look forward to seeing you!*weather permitting1741 Riverview Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441
