Leadership Conference!</h2><p>This virtual half-day event brings multicultural women and leaders who want to build inclusive teams together to elevate multicultural women to leadership positions. </p><p>Empowering speakers and workshops provide attendees with comprehensive, effective tools to overcome the broken rung and drive success for individuals, organizations, and society as a whole.</p><p></p>

<h3>For organizations: </h3><p>Sponsor the registration fee for a group of employees. If you’re sending 10 or more people, get an early bird rate for a limited time: $499/registrant. We will send a unique link and code to register employees. Once we have the required information, we will send an invoice to coordinate payment. Known as the “broken rung,” this barrier prevents women from reaching the most entry-level management roles. Multicultural women face even more hurdles as they navigate their way to leadership positions. By understanding and addressing systemic biases and discrimination, managers can create an inclusive environment that supports the advancement of all employees.</p>
