WHAT TO EXPECT
Collective Oracle + Elemental Invocation
Settle in to set a personal intention through Tori’s oracle invitation. We will orient to the offerings of the day, ceremonially acknowledge the elements and give gratitude for the container held.
Song Circle
Shaela will then lead us in songs, where magic happens when our voices unify, blend, layer, harmonize and more. If you're new to singing its okay to sing quiet, and if you are experienced and in tune it's welcomed to sing louder, and if you don't know where you are- you get to play with your comfort and choose where your edges are.
Breathwork with Sound Integration
Get into the body through a powerful guided modality that has the potential to help you move energy, see limiting beliefs, face grief, connect with your spirit guides, have emotional releases, receive messages from passed love ones, and ultimately, trust your intuition as described by Wendy.
Following the breathwork journey, Wendy will offer soothing frequencies in the form of sound bowls, rain sticks, drum, chimes, and rattles to seal your experience.
Break Bread Connect and Receive
This is a free time to nourish with foods and friendship!
Tea and fresh foods like fruit + salad will be served. Please bring a side or snack to add to our communal potluck spread.

Tori believes that developing intimate wellbeing practices on the individual level is essential for the union of the collective. ABOUT WENDY BARRIOS
Wendy is a trauma-informed sacred plant medicine integration coach and healer. Her studies in the healing arts cover various modalities from massage therapy, Somatic and Transpersonal psychology, dreamwork, embodied imagination, conscious breathwork, restorative yoga, and sound healing. Wendy facilitates small intimate groups and individuals seeking a deeper connection to Self and grounding back into the body post-Ayahuasca and Psilocybin ceremonies. Wendy firmly believes that we carry all our answers on the inside, and accessing different states of consciousness can help us remember the beautiful wisdom within each of us.
