If you're new to singing its okay to sing quiet, and if you are experienced and in tune it's welcomed to sing louder, and if you don't know where you are- you get to play with your comfort and choose where your edges are.Breathwork with Sound IntegrationGet into the body through a powerful guided modality that has the potential to help you move energy, see limiting beliefs, face grief, connect with your spirit guides, have emotional releases, receive messages from passed love ones, and ultimately, trust your intuition as described by Wendy.Following the breathwork journey, Wendy will offer soothing frequencies in the form of sound bowls, rain sticks, drum, chimes, and rattles to seal your experience.Break Bread Connect and ReceiveThis is a free time to nourish with foods and friendship!Tea and fresh foods like fruit + salad will be served.
