Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is a statewide nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to ensuring that all Pennsylvanians can come to our courts with confidence that they will be heard by qualified, fair and impartial judges.PMC seeks to improve and strengthen the justice system in Pennsylvania through its three main program areas: civic education and engagement, equal access to justice for all, and judicial modernization and reform.

This program supports journalists who face the challenge of covering the courts without a law degree.

P﻿ennsylvanians for Modern Courts' One-Day Law School for Journalists™ will be held virtually on July 18th, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM EST. This is an intensive program designed to support journalists and others in the media who face the challenge of reporting on the court system without a law degree. While this program was designed for those in the media, all are welcome to attend.
