We are a New York City-based entrepreneurship and workforce development program that trains, mentors, and advocates for and with no/low-income and immigrant women to build the skills necessary to achieve economic success in the sustainable fashion industry and broader society.

This event celebrates the immense talent, hard work, and dedication of the trainees. It serves as a platform to showcase their exquisite designs, born out of their newfound skills and artistic vision.For fifteen weeks, Custom Collaborative trainees dive into an intensive and transformative journey, learning the essential elements of creating a fashion design business. Within this comprehensive program, each woman acquires indispensable skills in made-to-measure construction for clothing and accessories.
