Join us for our series, At The Table, in partnership with SAG- AFTRA for a table read of the script, A REAL ONE by writer and director McKenzie Chinn.About the Script: They’re 17 and live on Chicago’s largely Black south side. Their friendship is tested when Lauren reveals a tightly-held secret to Keisha, and the two friends must take matters into their own hands in a landscape where the only thing they can truly count on is each other.We support the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strike during this historic time. We support the actors, writers, and filmmakers affiliated with this script and will continue to support and provide resources and opportunities for indie projects like this. This program is not affiliated with the AMPTP.Please consider donating what you can to attend this event. All proceeds go to the actors who will be participating in this table read.
