Where may I park my vehicle?

Parking is allowed in any non-designated parking spot in the ACC-San Gabriel campus parking lot. If you have questions, please email them to HonoringAptzaiPil@gmail.com

Will there be access to water, other beverages, and food during the event?

Accepted Answer

ACC-San Gabriel has vending machines and water bottle fillers throughout the campus. In addition, snacks, beverages, and lunch items may be purchased from food vendors beginning at 10:30 a.m. If you have questions, please email them to HonoringAptzaiPil@gmail.com

Question 3

What is the procedure for checking in?

Accepted Answer

Upon entering the campus, all adults must check in with a driver's license or a photo ID, and under age youth must check in with their name. Each attendee will receive a name tag.   If you have questions, please email them to HonoringAptzaiPil@gmail.com

Question 4

Can teachers, civil servants, and other professionals earn CPEs for attendance?

Accepted Answer

Educators and civil servants may be eligible to earn CPEs for attendance. Confirm in advance with your employer what is required to earn CPEs. Then, upon check in at the symposium, request a certificate of participation be sent to your email. For more info, contact us at HonoringAptzaiPil@gmail.com

Can Scouts BSA complete requirement(s) toward their Indian Lore merit badge for attendance?

Accepted Answer

Scouts may complete requirements toward their Indian Lore merit badge for attendance. Discuss requirements with your merit badge counselor in advance. Then, upon check in at the symposium, request a certificate of participation be sent to your email. For more info: HonoringAptzaiPil@gmail.com
