Moms & Moms-to-be! Join us for a Prenatal Yoga session at Blue Blaze Brewing led by certified prenatal instructor, Abiola Ogunbekun.

Prenatal Yoga Session led by a certified prenatal instructor intended for all moms and moms-to-be! Whether you are in your first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy, or in the postpartum stage, this yoga session is perfect for anyone! We will focus on relaxing the body, promoting movement and blood flow then coming to a state of release in various muscles and ligaments for an all-around refreshed body feeling. Each class is $16/person ($21/person at the door); Your ticket includes a 13oz N/A Seltzer on draft, a soda, gatorade, bottled water, or Lenny Boy Komucha, a $1 tip for the bartender, and great conversation!Come to the taproom early or stay after your session to meet other moms and moms-to-be.What to bring: yoga mat + water for hydration! If you have a yoga block or pillow, feel free to bring them as they will help with our poses.
