Find your people, Find your practice. We are a place where community and contemplation meet. No more trying to be mindful alone.The Hive exists to develop creative, compassionate, and mindfully-engaged citizens in the Cincinnati region through small group classes and workshops. We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. We hope you'll try a class and like it enough to become a regular member. Your partnership helps make this nonprofit possible.(As a social enterprise, the Hive shares our story with photos of classes and events. If you are opposed to sharing your lovely face let is know and we'll do our best to avoid that. But by using an event ticket you agree to let The Hive share your image in photo, audio, and video.)

Click here to join today.</a></p><h2>Finding the Key to Freedom: Aligning Your Life with Your Path</h2><h3>Domains: Mapping Tools, Healing Work</h3><p>This is a 5-week, in-person workshop for those who are ready to focus on the direction they want their lives to head.</p><p>This is a small group with only 8 seats at the table. A small group allows the creation of trustworthy relationships and for everyone to have an opportunity to share and be heard.</p><p>We will start by getting clear on where you are now and where you want to be. The next 4 weeks are a holistic look at all the areas of your life to align them with your newfound path. (Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual)</p><p>In each session, we will be exploring what is working and exploring old ways that need to be let go. You will receive a workbook with tools and exercises to reference during the workshop and when you are working on your own.</p><p>By nature, Sue is an intuitive who is meant to be in service to others. With a background originally in finance and marketing, she has always had a passion for physical health and emotional well-being. </p><p>Having explored several paths in business, Sue discovered that her passion is to inspire and empower others to live their best lives. In 2014, she left “Corporate America” to train and start her own Healing Arts practice. After seeing her clients needed more from the sessions, Sue became a Health and Wellness Coach.</p><p>Sue blends the strategies of coaching, mindfulness practices, and Inner Source Living Methods to help clients identify and release their patterns, emotions and beliefs, keeping them stuck and holding them back from living the life they desire.</p><h3>Covid Considerations: Masks are currently optional at the Hive. Individuals may choose to wear a mask for personal protection, and as always, we ask anyone who is feeling sick or has a high temperature to not attend until they are recovered.
