If you are an adult who wants to learn to ride a bicycle or brush up your riding skills, this class will get you rolling.

South Shore YMCA Quincy Parking Lot

Quincycles and the Mayor's Bicycle Commission are offering this class for adults and mature teens age 16+ who want to learn to ride a bicycle. With a safe, easy, effective method, participants will learn how to balance, pedal, start, stop, and steer a bike, as well as adjust a helmet for proper fit. Classes are for ages 16+ and will be led by a League of American Bicyclists Certified instructor. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.Come to this class if you’ve never sat on a bike or just haven’t done so in years.
