Join the owner of Zen Den, Emoni Harbor and artist Ben Koch, as they lead you through a transformative experience of yoga and expression. Ben will be painting an art piece in the front of class, as he inspires you with his words and life story. This class will begin with a cacao ceremony, and followed by conversation/sharing with Ben.Donations go to Acadiana Queer Collective and Ben Koch.
