How to Prepare for this virtual experience:Find a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.You will be lying down in Savasana (resting on your back, palms open) for a period of time, or alternatively you may prefer to sit in a comfortable chair or your side.Create a sacred space by dimming the lights and burning a candle or incenseYou can lie down on a mat, your floor, sofa or bed.Have a pillow(s) and blanket to ensure the maximum comfort!
