Want to feel more confident carrying speed on your mountain bike? Come learn the slow-speed skills you need to go fast.

Bauhaus Brew Labs

Come join the Stöke Sisters at Bauhaus Brew Labs in northeast Minneapolis on Monday, July 10, from 6–8 p.m. for a Stöke Session on Slow-Speed Skills! **This session is open to ALL riders of ALL levels. Space is limited to 12 participants.** In this two-hour session held in Bauhaus&#x27; roomy back parking lot, you&#x27;ll learn slow-speed MTB skills that can help you better navigate trail features (including skinnies!), tight turns, and yes, even those fast sections of singletrack—all under the guidance of two BICP Level 2 certified instructors. Following the session, we&#x27;ll gather on the Bauhaus patio to share the stoke and open the floor for Q&amp;A. You&#x27;ll have the chance to ask us about skills, trail etiquette, gear and more. Your registration fee includes a tasty Bauhaus beverage (N/A and gluten-free options available). Registration opens at 5:30 p.m.; we ask all riders to roll up by 5:45 p.m. to sign a waiver and affix a name plate to their bike. Free parking is available in Bauhaus&#x27; main lot. Questions? Cancellation policy for Stöke MTB events:If weather cancels: If we need to cancel the event due to weather (hello, summer storms or unhealthy air quality levels!), you&#x27;ll receive a credit for the amount of your registration. This credit can be used for a future Stöke MTB event or private skills instruction within one year of credit receipt. If you need to cancel: You have up until two weeks of the event date to cancel your registration for a refund or credit—minus a $20 processing fee—for the amount of your registration. If you choose to take a credit, you can apply it to registration for a future Stöke MTB event or private skills instruction within one year of credit receipt. To cancel your registration, please email us at info@stoke-mtb.com. We cannot issue a refund for any cancellations within 14 days of the event start date. If Stöke MTB needs to cancel: You’ll receive a full refund for the amount of your registration.
