Learn advanced Nordic walking technique in one 1.5-hour session so you can take charge of your fitness and performance.We ensure breaks to keep you fresh for learning and manage the distances so you can focus on technique rather than worry about fatigue.You will perfect your classic Nordic walking technique to turn walking, typically a lower body activity, into a full body aerobic experience.You will also learn supplemental balance, movement, and mind-body exercises as well as cardio, strength, and power exercises based on Nordic walking.The clinic will help you in your own fitness journey because you will be able to integrate Nordic walking and the exercises you learned into your personal wellness and fitness disciplines.Poles provided | Look for the white Nordic walking bannerNOTE: Clinic fee chargedAt the end of the clinic, you will receive:<ul><li>A certificate of completion</li><li>A personal programming guide</li><li>Lesson notes for the clinic with the exercises you learned so you can take control of your wellness and fitness journey (we continually introduce new exercises in future camps, so keep coming back!)</li><li>Announcements about future Nordic walking opportunities</li><li>A small gift to congratulate you on pursuing your Nordic walking journey</li></ul>Discounts available | Poles provided | Look for the white Nordic walking bannerNOTE: Clinic fee charged
