Chemeketa Cellars Tasting Room

Salem Paint 'n Sip

This is a collection of events in the Salem area that are at beautiful local wineries and spaces. My focus is to support locally owned and positively impactful businesses in my home town. What could be better than sipping local wine and painting?

I invite you to come explore your creative side and enjoy some wonderful local wine while you paint! We will be painting a couple of cacti and encourage you to make it uniquely yours. No experience necessary, artists of all levels are welcomed and encouraged. I offer quality instruction so that you can feel relaxed and enjoy the process, learn a new art medium, and take home a beautiful painting to show friends and family. Most paint & sip events feature acrylic painting - if you've attended one in the past, at this event you'll learn a new process and technique painting with artist-grade watercolor paints. The painting will be completed on 8x10 watercolor paper, and you'll be able to take it home with a matte and protective sleeve. *All materials, instruction, and hors d'oeuvres are included in price. Wine tasting and/ or bottles of wine to be purchased separately. Wine is NOT included in the cost of admission ticket.

We paint with Arches watercolor paper and artist grade watercolor paint - so that your masterpiece is of the highest quality!

Individualized instruction helps each participant feel confident in their creativity
