Where can I get a NYS Parks 4x4 pass?

Unfortunately, if you have not already obtained a pass during the purchasing window which is Jan 1-Mar 31, you will now have to wait until the day after Labor Day to purchase one. A pass is only available to NY registered 4x4 vehicles.
