African American Vintage Genealogy is a research consulting service designed to help novice, intermediate, and skilled researchers enhance their genealogical journey. We provide expert genealogy curation and host special events throughout the year online.

On the morning of July 4, 2023, African American Vintage Genealogy will host a virtual genealogy bootcamp for novices, moderate users, and specialists. There will be something in the 2-hour bootcamp for everyone interested in discovering their roots!BOOTCAMP OBJECTIVE: Using free source materials assembled and specifically designed for African American genealogical research, participants learn more about investigating Black family history.African American librarian, archivist, and genealogy curator kYmberly Keeton is leading the bootcamp. Keeton has been investigating her family history since 2011.
