CAC presents a vibrant lineup of performances, exhibitions, and community events throughout the year. Our theaters host music, drama, and dance from regional arts organizations and community partners, while our galleries feature more than 20 exhibitions annually showcasing individual artists, arts groups, emerging talent, and students.Signature events—including our free Spring Open House and fall Arts in the Park—bring the community together to celebrate creativity. With many free and affordable offerings, CAC makes it easy for everyone to experience the arts.

Tattoos tell a tale of who we were, who we are, and sometimes where we are going. Tattoos have served important roles in cultures around the world for thousands of years. Join us for a special exhibition of work by an array of local artists in conjunction with National Tattoo Day (July 17), which celebrates the history of skin art and its ever-evolving place in society. This exhibition is on view on our Hal Gomer Gallery from July 13, 2023 - August 27, 2023.Tattoo artists participating in the exhibit: Ray Everhart, Kinsey Roehm, Mattakus Goodman, Josh DeFrance, Shannon Taber, Carl Caracia, Jimmy Hayden, Joe NASATKA, Matthew Amey, Max Murphy, Adam Jeffrey, Dane Mitchell, Eric Brooks, John Shea, and Nicholas Tate-----------------------------------------------------------------------Tattoo Flash FundraiserSaturday, July 15, 202311 am -7 pmat Magic Mirror Tattoo &amp; Piercing StudioIn conjunction with the CAC exhibit, Magic Mirror Tattoo will host a special **FLASH DAY FUNDRAISER**. The fundraiser runs from 11 am to 7 pm on July 15th at the Magic Mirror Tattoo shop, 407 Headquarters Dr., Suite 7, Millersville, MD. The shop&#x27;s artists will donate all the fees from tattoos done that day to CAC. Tattoos will be walk-in only, on a first come, first served basis - no appointments that day. Proceeds raised from the flash sale will support CAC&#x27;s education programs. (Examples of the Flash available on July 15 will be posted on both the CAC and Magic Mirror social media pages a few days before the event; make sure you follow us).
