Spots are limited and pre-registration is required. <h3>Event Details:</h3><ul><li>Registration @ Canna Provisions Tent: 9:30 AM</li><li>Yoga: 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM </li><li>Refreshments &amp; Cannabis Education @ Canna Provisions Tent: 10:45 AM - 11:15 AM</li></ul><h3>Important Information</h3><ul><li>Yoga mats will be available for you to use during the event or you are welcome to bring your own mat and other props you enjoy for practice.</li></ul><ul><li>Don't forget sunscreen as the event is outdoors. Yoga class if on the front lawn.</li></ul><ul><li>All participants MUST be 21+ to attend. Please bring your photo ID just in case.</li></ul><ul><li>In the case of unforeseen weather, the event will be rescheduled for another date. Registered participants will receive an email notification with reschedule information.</li></ul><ul><li>No bathroom on-site.</li></ul><ul><li>Street parking or parking at the public library.</li></ul><ul><li>Check in at the Canna Provision's tent when you arrive and sign an event waiver.</li></ul><h3>A﻿bout the Class</h3>Ashley Gentle beginner’s practice of Vinyasa Yoga - focused on breath work and mindfulness as well as basic asana’s (postures) to align our body and mind. We will focus on linking breath to movement as we move our bodies in a fluid, rhythmic way. This class will offer many modifications and all bodies are welcome!-﻿-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<blockquote>Please Consume Responsibly.
