THE SHORT VERSION: Don’t ruin or interfere with other peoples' ability to enjoy the show. THE LONG VERSION: The holder (”Holder”) of this ticket agrees to abide by all policies and regulations promulgated by the event promoter, host venue and its affiliates. Venue staff and/or host have the right to eject Holder from the event to which this ticket grants admission (the “Event”), or to revoke any and all ticket rights if Holder fails to comply with applicable policies and regulations, or acts in an unruly or disruptive manner. Holder also agrees that Holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any portion of the event audio or video without consent from event promoter, contracted performer and their representatives. Holder grants permission to event promoter, host venue and its affiliates to utilize Holder’s image or likeness in any still photography, any live or recorded video display, or any other transmission or reproduction (including audio) of the Event, in whole or in part, for any purpose. This ticket is a revocable license, and admission may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the event promoter or Queue. WARNING: This ticket must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation with any Federal, State, or local law or regulation. Holder assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event. Holder agrees that the event promoter, Queue, contracted performers and their respective agents and employees, host venue and its affiliates, and other individuals shall not be liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, or loss or damage to property caused due to or during the Event, whether such injury, loss, or damage occurs prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event. NOTICE: If the event is canceled, a request for a refund with this ticket must be submitted to the original place of sale within one month of the cancelled date. Failure to claim said refund by one (1) month from cancellation of the Event will constitute waiver of all rights to any refund. Proof of payment and preservation of ticket(s) is Holder’s responsibility. Alcohol, Drugs, contraband, cameras, recording devices, bundles, and containers may be prohibited. You consent to search on entry and waive related claims. PRINT AT HOME TICKETS ARE NON-TRANFERABLE.
