The Abbey serves this mission by providing affordable education, gallery, studio, and performance spaces, and showcasing events for local groups of all ages.

<h3>C﻿HANCE JUSTICE</h3>Rising artist Chance Justice from Portland, Oregon gives us a sound that couldn&#x27;t have come at a better time. As an eccentric performer, this old soul uses his inspiration from groups such as Cameo and The Gap Band with present-day artists like Childish Gambino and J. Cole to combine past and present. Whether it’s Funk, Rap, EDM, or Alternative, Chance believes he does not fall into one genre. The amount of versatility he has as a singer and rapper will keep you on your toes as you’ll never know the style of music he will perform next. The essence of why he creates music is to spread love and happiness while inspiring a change from within.
