Welcome to The Open-air People's Art Museum, a group of artists, creatives, and community organizers dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive arts community in Portland, Oregon.We created OPAM to provide low-cost outings and thought-provoking experiences for our community. Our art exhibits explore engaging topics that visitors can interact with. We started this project to help with economic recovery and revitalization in our neighborhood. OPAM provides beautification, foot traffic drivers, and an entertainment platform that hosts perspective-expanding experiences.
