Are you  looking for new recipes or ways to prepare healthier foods? Well this is the class for you!

This Whole Food Plant Based Cooking Class Series hosted by Convenient Vegan is designed to introduce participants to a variety of delicious and nutritious recipes that use whole or minimally processed ingredients. Over the 7 part series participants will learn how to prepare meals that are not only healthy but also easy to make and taste great. Each class will focus on a different theme and will include a demonstration, some hands on experience, recipe sharing, and nutritional information. The class will be led by Chef Carol and Chef Koko who is knowledgeable and passionate about plant based cooking and will provide more guidance on how to incorporate healthy meals made at home. By the end of the series participants will have gained knowledge about local growers, planning grocery shopping, how to use herbs and spices for flavor, and make satisfying meals the whole family can enjoy. They will also have the opportunity to connect to other like minded individuals who are interested in living a healthier lifestyle. We want to empower our community with the tools to prepare delicious and nutritious plant based meals that promote wellness.
