A night of strength training and wine for women!

L﻿et's create strong women! July 1st join us for an evening of strength training, understanding the importance of strength training for women and of course wine! We will go over basic barbell lifts to show you what we do and how we coach. You will then learn why these movements are important and how they can help you in everyday life. We will finish off the event with delicious wine and snacks!
