Chakra balancing is a holistic, complementary therapy that uses a combination of energy work, crystal healing, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and Reiki to promote physical, mental, and emotional healing. Energy balancing works by restoring the body’s energy field to its natural state of balance, or homeostasis.During an energy balancing session, Jenn will use various techniques including, but not limited to, Crystals, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Sound, and color therapy to identify and remove energy blockages that are preventing the body from properly circulating its vital life force.Reiki is a Japanese technique that helps to restore balance and promote healing in the body by guiding universal life force energy through gentle touch.Crystals are used to focus and direct energy, helping to unblock the body’s energy pathways. Chakra balancing is an ancient practice that works with the body’s seven major energy centers, or chakras.In this philosophy, each chakra is associated with a specific area of the body, and when they become blocked, energy cannot flow freely, and health can be compromised. Energy balancing sessions often involve the use of guided meditation to help clear the mind and relax the body.
