What does the training look like?

This course is about 4.5 hours of LIVE online instruction with15 participants. You can expect to watch videos, engage in discussion topics in breakout rooms, perform exercises, and other activities keep you engaged in the course and give you an opportunity to practice helping skills.

Is the training pre-recorded or LIVE?

Accepted Answer

Once you register, you will be asked to complete the self-paced materials to get you familiar with YMHFA. The self-paced course may take up to 2 hours. The LIVE online training is an average of 4.5 hours. Both portions need to be completed to receive certification.

Question 3

It looks like there are 3 different days that this is being offered. Do I register for all 3?
