Spots are limited and pre-registration is required. <h3>Event Details:</h3><ul><li>5:30 - 5:45 PM: Event Registration at the Canna Provisions' table</li><li>5﻿:45 - 6:15 PM: Slow Flow Yoga with Susan Wrba from Kripalu (30 Minute Class)</li><li>6﻿:15 - 6:30 PM: Break &amp; Cannabis Education at the Canna Provisions' table</li><li>6﻿:30 - 7:00 PM: Sound Bath with Socreates' CoFounder Paulo Caserta (30 Minutes)</li><li>7﻿:00 - 7:30 PM: Complimentary refreshments </li></ul><h3>Important Information</h3><ul><li>Yoga mats will be available for you to use during the event or you are welcome to bring your own mat and other props you enjoy for practice.</li></ul><ul><li>Don't forget sunscreen as the event is outdoors.</li></ul><ul><li>An email will be sent to all registered participants on Friday, 6/16 providing detailed instructions on where to park, event location on-site, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>All participants MUST be 21+ to attend. Please bring your photo ID just in case.</li></ul><ul><li>In the case of unforeseen weather, the event will be rescheduled for another date. Registered participants will receive an email notification with reschedule information.</li></ul><h3>A﻿bout the Classes and Instructors</h3>Susan Wrba Yoga This 30 minute slow flow class will help to open and strengthen the body, calm the mind, and soothe the nervous system. Please bring a mat and any other props you enjoy for practice.Susan Wrba is a 500-hour Kripalu yoga teacher, 500-hour Ayurvedic yoga teacher, and Integrative Health Coach, with over a decade of experience studying and working in the fields of yoga and wellness. A dedicated practitioner, teacher, and mother, Susan integrates her knowledge and studies of Ayurveda, nutrition, and mindfulness into her guided experiences and classes. Her aim is to impart practical take-home wisdom to support students in their ongoing practice, growth, and evolution.
