What do I need to bring?

I will have your supplies but if you have some of your own favorites, feel free to bring them along:
-craft paint
-brushes
-glitter
-interesting papers you may want to incorporate into your work

Are these drop in workshops?

No, these are NOT drop in workshops. You'll want to be here on time, maybe even a few minutes early to get yourself settled.

Clothes and shoes?

Please wear closed toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting paint on. Horse and goat kisses are the norm during our pasture time, wear appropriate clothing! :-)

Safety

I’m all about creating safety at my farm. That means teaching you about physical safety among the animals but it also means emotional safety. You will leave the workshop feeling seen, heard, and understood. Compassion for self and others is the name of the game out here :-)

We will be inside working in my studio and outside with the animals for a bit too.

Can I bring wine?

No. We will be spending some time with horses. They are super kind and respond best when you have full use of all your senses :-)
These aren't "paint and sip" style classes.

Provided! If you have special dietary needs other than gluten free (I’m gluten free too) please feel free to bring something of your own. No alcohol please.

There is NO DRAWING in this class! When I create a painting for class, I create a tracing for you. You will trace the image onto paper and then we PLAY!
