Bear Bed/Chair Yoga with Yoga Nidra is a Restorative Hybrid class. We start off on the bed or mat &amp; we transition to our chair series.

Bear/Bed Yoga Description -This is a Hybrid Gentle Restorative Movement &amp; Breathing based yoga class for bears &amp; all who care to join. Bio:My name's Jeff Manrique I am 30 years old from Queens NY, I've studied the body, mind &amp; breathing for about 10 years now.FAQs:Do I need a mat at home?If you have one, great! If not, you can work in the comfort of your own bed. Be sure to have a chair, 3-4 pillows &amp; 2 blankets to support you during practice. If you don’t have a chair you can use the edge of ur bed.Do I need to any yoga experience ?No, you do not need previous experience with yoga. This class is designed for anyone who has yet to try yoga or has any anxities around joining a yoga class. That said,this is a judgment-free room where all levels of experience are welcome. if you need a momment to collect yourself you can just lay down on your bed.What should I wear?Something light &amp; comfortable is reccomended.Do I need to stay the whole time?No you don’t have too. You can stay for the breathing and gentle bed movement or continue on to the chair movement &amp; sleep meditation at the end.
