Enjoy an introductory prenatal class where you’ll learn about labor, what to expect in the hospital, what to pack in your hospital bag and how to prepare for postpartum.Relax with a yoga session where you’ll learn safe poses in pregnancy and deep breathing which is very helpful in labor. Practice mock contractions and explore different tools to help throughout labor.Don’t forget about the treats!
