Founded in 1929 by local butcher Joe Heinen in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Heinen’s operates 19 grocery store locations in Northeast Ohio and five in the Chicago suburbs. Few things elevate a dinner party or social gathering more than a tasteful selection of wine and cheese, but creating the perfect pairings is a skill that must be learned. 
Join us in the Tasting Room at Heinen’s Chagrin Falls for an interactive introduction to crafting the perfect pairings led by Heinen’s Wine and Cheese Expert, Shannon Welsh. 
During this event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn the basics of pairing wines with cheese and cured meats and discover methods for creating a beautiful cheese and charcuterie board.
