OPEN DAY BRAINHEALTH &amp; YOGA RETREAT Every 3rd ThursdayJoin this open day for free and experience the work from Maria (yoga teacher) and Marjolein (neuropsychologist) and see if the retreat would be something for you. It will take place 18-24 May on Mountain Olympus in Greece. This beautiful collaboration is everything you need for your self-growth. Come and try it out. We will do different exercises, talk and have fun. What is a Women Circle?A Women Circle is a get together in an open, warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is a safe space for us women to express what we feel, to give and get support or even advice if wanted. In the circle it is all about sharing and supporting and cheering.In every women circle we will get together and discuss different interesting topics. We will talk about it, sing, and meditate on them.Just grap a cup of tea and instead of sitting in front of a tv, join and connect with us. Everyone of you is welcome. About me and why I do thisI am Maria 31, located in Greece and a yoga teacher. In everyday life everybody is rushing. I feel that i need time to stand still and connect. Especially connect with other women. I feel like this sacred knowledge and bond gets lost and I wish to bring it back alive, like in ancient times, where women would share their wisdom.It just makes me happy and I would be even happier if I can help and support other women that are struggling in their busy life. Together with my best friend and psychologist Marjolein, we want to create a women community for support.
