Concerts, live perfomances, weddings, corporate events, private parties - we do it all! Bert Driver's Burlap Room Beer Garden & Live Music and Harvester Performance & Event Center are open for tours and bookings. Burlap Room is a primarily outdoor venue featuring the Red Bud Stage (with options to move to the indoor Solstice Stage  during inclement weather) located on the 7-acre grounds of Bert Driver Nursery. The Harvester Performance & Event Center is an indoor venue (with an outdoor patio) that features  The Flatwoods Concert Hall (which includes The Yella Dog Lounge, The Black Walnut Bar and Mezzanine, 500 sq. ft. stage with built-in sound system). The Burlap Room Beer Garden and Live Music

Join us as we welcome Collins Horton (winner of the Harvester&#x27;s 2023 TN Songwriters Qualifying Round) and Bobby Kropp (keep scrolling to read his accolades) to the Burlap Room for another round of Bert&#x27;s on Thursdays. Gates and Tio&#x27;s Taco Truck open at 4pm. Live music at 6pm. $10 cover online or at the door. All ages welcome - 10 &amp; under are free. Rain or shine. We have limited seating throughout the venue, but feel free to bring your own camping chair. In the event we have to move inside the Solstice Sage area, no personal chairs are allowed inside the Solstice Stage/Greenhouse #3 (but there is limited seating inside the Solstice Stage). Venue seating is first come, first serve.

More about Collins Horton...Collins was the winner of the Harvester's 2023 TN Songwriters Qualifying Round and we're so excited to have him back in Smithville! Born and raised in Brandon, MS, Collins has been writing songs since the age of 11 when his parents gave him his first guitar. He taught himself to play and his sisters can recall him locking himself away in his room for hours while learning to put 3 chords with the truth. He recently moved to Nashville, TN, and has been pursuing his dream and passion of being a singer/songwriter and telling his stories and life experiences through song. Being a baritone himself, it’s not much of a surprise that his country influences are Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Randy Travis. You can hear Collins’ roots of family and faith in his lyrics as he paints vivid stories in the songs he writes. He hopes to one day sign a publishing/record deal and go on tour across the U.S.

She also received an Honorable Mention for “Heartache Callin’ My Name” cowritten with Pamela Lack and Dustin Herring.*Nashville Dreamin 2017: “Between The Bible and The Bottle” (cowritten with Chris Garner and Pamela Lack) was chosen as a finalist and is on the compilation CD for the competition.Previously signed to Geffen Records, with his band, Rash Of Stabbings after winning a national band talent search, Bobby is an accomplished guitar player and bassist who opened for U2 on a 5 city tour on the East Coast. He also opened for The Pixies, Squeeze and The Pretenders. Bobby is accomplished on acoustic and electric guitar as well as bass guitar and 6 string banjo.
